By downloading or using the ResuMate app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
By accessing or using ResuMate ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
3.1. AI Output: ResuMate uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize your CV. AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that the content generated by the App may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the final output before using it.
3.2. No Job Guarantee: We do NOT guarantee that using ResuMate will result in a job interview, job offer, or employment. We are a tool for assistance, not a career placement service.
4.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Apple/Google Sign-In) and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2. User Content: You retain ownership of the CVs and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
4.3. Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
5.1. Virtual Items: The App allows you to purchase "Credits" to perform optimizations. These Credits are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
5.2. Payments: All financial transactions are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google). We do not store your credit card information.
5.3. Refunds: Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective Store Provider (Apple/Google).
5.4. Expiration: We reserve the right to expire unused credits if your account remains inactive for a period of 12 months, subject to applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResuMate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Republic of Türkiye], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
